Your  letter looks awesome! with the instructions and where the interview is. We never got a formal letter from mail or the one you have from the NVC (or a Letter form attached). They only sent a regular type email ( with no mention that MTL is  Montreal, LOL). Anyway, I will try to send this and my NOA2 and a cover letter.  I know the Hongkong directly send  to the respective consulate ( where the interview is) as I have previously applied Hongkong CNCC , this is for my permanent residency here in Canada. But the good thing in Canadian immigration is that you can download the Letter from the site. And the applicant will only received the payment  Official Receipt coming from the CNCC..
 
 

Lol. Okay, Our PD November 8, 2016 And got approval from the USCIS site on May 9,2017 . My husband the petitioner received the hard copy of NOA2 and the notice date is actually May 8,2017  ( 6 month in the making.) Were actually surprised for we have two petitions (Canada for me  and my daughter , a minor, Lives in the Philippines), we are anticipating for the delays. So I was so busy the last few days and just log in and check and it says in the USCIS website right at this very moment..Lol. that our papers "My Case Was Sent to The Department of State on May 18,2017". We haven't called the NVC yet for the NVC case number and IIN. I'm flying again in the US to visit my husband next week. So hopefully, we can already get those numbers. Keep Positive!!!!
