  1. Yes, I just said that she has been out on four separate times over the past three years. We spent a week in Cape Cod with pictures of us at Plymouth and Whale watching. She came to Vermont with me and we went to Killington and have photos of us on the Mountain and at a NYE party. Then she has visited me twice in Wisconsin where I live twice since 2016 with several photos of us together. All photos have dates and descriptions written on them. We also sent scans of her passport with the stamps of her entering both Boston and Chicago on the dates of the photos . I don't know what other hard evidence we can have...

  2. I can't believe that they would doubt all that we sent. The RFE specifically said that we could send Copies of Passport pages and photographs. We sent multiple copies of her passport stamps with photos of us in different locations and at different times. In the snow at Mnt Killington Vermont. A New Years Eve party, at a football game in Green Bay etc...etc.. along with a detailed list of her visits and dates. If this is the reason I will be shocked because of all of the things I thought we nailed it would have been proof that we know each other and have visited 4 times in the past 3 years!

  3. I don't know how my RFE could be deficient. Here is exactly what they asked for.

    1. My birth certificate - I sent it.

    2. Form G-325A - we filled it out and returned it signed.

    3. Passport style photos from each of us - SENT!

    4. Her marriage termination form - SENT!

    5. Beneficiary's intent to marry letter - SENT!

    6. Circumstance of meeting - Letter from me of how we met plus photo's and passport stamp scans SENT!

We sent everything they asked for.

  4. It is a KI. I am American and she is British. The RFE was for photo's and proof of relationship. Intent to marry and we messed up and sent the 325 instead of the 325A. We sent quite the photo packet back along with extra passport photo's and my birth certificate. I sent copies of both original BC and a certified copy from the state.

  5. I have known Janine for nearly 30 years. We met back in Florida in the 80's and I have loved her ever since. Over the past three years she has come out to see me on four separate occasions and we have been engaged for a year. We filed our application at in May and sent in a completed RFE a little over 2 weeks ago. We thought everything was going to be fine. We both are single, healthy and with no records. We have hundreds of photo's of us together along with copies of Passport stamps and other proof that we have met and know each other. Yet...about an hour ago I received a text from USCIS saying that our application had been denied. I can't think of any reason why they would deny us and won't know the reason till I am able to get a tier two supervisor on the phone in the morning. We are both gutted and just so tired of the waiting and now it seems we will have to start all over again or appeal. heartbreaking.

  6. Hello, my name is Mike and I live in Madison, Wisconsin. I have been in love with my friend Janine for many many years. We met in the early 80's and have known each other as friends for nearly 35 years. She started coming for regular visits about three years ago and each time she left it was more and more difficult. I finally broke down, told her how I felt and asked her to marry me...she said yes. She is British and lives in Southern England. We are very new to this process and we are starting from scratch...today. I have downloaded the I-129F, G-325 and G-1145 forms, filled them out and am preparing to send them out next week. I am doing tons of research on procedure so I don't forget anything and plan on updating my process here. If anyone has any good advice or info that can help, please add it. I am confused and will need all of the help I can get. So...here we go...wish us luck!
