  1.  @lleaka thanks you are so sweet, i wish everybody could be like that, but i guess everybody is different and @Vengatore yeah i also think its a cultural thing too, i just can't take rudness from anybody and i DO appreciate the ppl that give answers without trying to show or being mean, and being nice its not that hard , anyways we went through the whole package back again and in the rejection notice all they said that is wrong its the feeling feeds, honestly idk why i got confused, prolly because i see everything for a complex point of view,  that specific part now looks more clear to me but putting that to a side, USCIS stamped all the other pages and organize them how they wanted it, also says that just correct the fee put the green page as the front  page and send it as it is,

Thanks to all the nice ppl, have a great night!

  2. Suss&Cam the first thing you said is: don't mean to be rude but you are, if you are gonna help why you have to answer in this way? And nobody born knowing everything, Also I read something in the USCIS page that if you send more money that suppose to you can get the money back which they never did, and I got the Biometrics for my Husband bc they say any person from 14-79 years old, they don't SAY JUST THE BENEFICIARY, and the I-864 is good trust me! My husband did a great job on that, just a fee mistake which they would clarify better in my opinion

  3. Hello dear friends,

My worse nightmare came true, they returned my AOS , this is what we sent:

all the supporting information and 2 different checks for

    Petition for Alien Relative

Check for the quantity of $705 ($535+$85+85) $535 fir the form I-130, 85$ for each ( the petitioner and the beneficiary biometric fee) made payable to Department of Homeland Security.

    I-485, Adjustment of Status:

Check the quantity of $1310 ($ 1140+ 85+85) made payable to Department of Homeland for Security, $1140 for the AOS fee, 85$ for each ( the petitioner and the beneficiary biometric fee)

also we filled the form for the EAD, my question is did we send more money that we suppose to? do we have to redo our forms ? ( because all our evidence and forms have some type of seal in each page) also how do we should sent the checks? i really need help this is so frustraiting!! thanks so much!!

  4. Thanks so much Cadence,

I know its not a light decision, i left everything ready at home bc i came for college hunting too, and by the moment i'm not working, we were even thinking in the fiance visa at first but then we though why not just go to the city hall andget married and leave the big ceremony for later on, like in a few mothns

And yeah we are planning to go the City hall in the next week and my Admision Stamp expired on the 20th of January, so that is why i was wondering if i could do the Adjustment Status!

Many thanks for ur help and sure i'll be checking those forms, i think i got a lot of those documents already!

  5. My fiance and i are thinking to get married in 5 days and i came here in a B2 (turist visa) we have being together for almost 3 years ( distance relationship) when i enter i never though that we would be gettig married, we basically don't want to travel back and forth, we wanna be together,  my visa stamp expired in 10 days, that would be an issue Such a short time between our marriagr down in the city hall and the day i should depart?

Can i stay and make an adjustment of status aftee we get married?

    Many thanks for ur answers
