When my husband came over I applied for him and my step son last year when I applied for the condition to be remove I didn’t add my step son because at the time we was not on good terms can I add him back to my husband application now that we are good? 

Good evening we applied for my husband to have the condition remove since we been married over 2 years does anyone know what he need to take? We tried calling but no luck as of yet to talk to someone

im doing i864 for my husband and step son but need help did i need one for each of them or just one? Put N/a on everything ? i been looking for a sample of one with husband and child.

my case was expedited i didn't sent nothing in NVC so im getting everything together now to send Saturday but having problem filling out 864 for my husband and son

interview is Feb 23, 2018 sent to Jamiaca 2/9 nvc got it 1/3

Jamaica was really on it Interview 2/23

Case was approved n send to Kingston 2/9

I summit My expedite request does anyone know how long it take to hear back in Jamaica?

every case is different some case was sent out right away but for some reason our was delayed keep checking on the app NVC wont do anything until after 6 weeks.  Because it took so so long we have everything ready to go

I dont know like they told me first they couldnt find it then the end of nov they said they sent it but jan i check again and they send it like dec 29 so i missed the change of having my husband here for the holidays   it was hurtful i just ready for this process to  end

so after 14 weeks i finally got a case number from NVC they said that Texas wasn't sending all packets

so after waiting over 14 weeks i finally got a case number for my husband and step son we are so happy hopefully it wont be too much longer

nvc has still not gotten the package , it been more than a month . Has anyone else gotten their package sent to NVc ?

 

called uscis they are. Claiming that the package was sent the same day the case was approved , NVc on the other hand is saying they don’t have the package ?

Im going though that now mines was approved 9/26 and NVC are doing research to see where my package is
