Finally received my EAD today! After 123 days...

I wasn't expecting it because i called for a tracking number and was told my status update was wrong and that they hadn't mailed my card yet, so I was to disregard any status update I received... my husband walks in in a few hours later with a priority mail envelope and to my surprise it was my card.

Some of those officers are really confused!

Anyhoo the wait still continues but glory be to God this makes it a little easier...

Hello Everyone! 

It's been a while since I've posted...im filing from Virginia 

Finally after 116 day, 2 Sr's and a request to have my Ead expedited due to severe financial loss my card went into production on August 18th and change to " card was mailed to me" today. Hopefully I get it by the end of the week 😊

My advice is to be persistent and keep calling, put in those service request and ask to expedite!  My case was approved after I asked to expedite...the same day.

Congrats to everyone who received there EAD/GC already...

The wait continues....one more lap to go. This process takes fair & patience. Hang in there!♥️

My case has just been updated and as of today ive been scheduled for an interview!😊 

My timeline:

Mailed application:04/21

Delivered : 04/24

Email confirmation:04/29

Notices in mail: 05/04

Biometrics letter:05/13

 Biometeics done: 05/26

Case ready to be scheduled for interview: 06/20

The wait still continues but im happy for any type of update...

PS: I am using an app and it auto-calculates the "days active." If you are an iPhone user, please see the attachment for details of the said app. You may want to download it from App Store. I am not sure though if it is also available on Android phones.

Hello everyone!

Completed my bio-metric appointments yesterday. It was pretty straightforward and fast, I did have to show my marriage certificate along with my bio metric appointment letter so I am  glad I took it with me. Thanks to the person who recommended taking it to the appointment.

The wait continues...

Hey. No it was a RFE, it was a notice for my medical (i693) since i didnt mail it in with the other forms.

Okay thanks for your response. There has not been any changes to my case status so maybe thats what it is...

This morning i checked my email from usps informed delivery to see what mail i can expect today and there is something from uscis coming.

I have received my notices of action and biometric appointment letter already and just wondering what it could be. I didn't send my medical so maybe its a notice for that🤔 Hopefully not a rfe....patiently waiting on the mailman...

Update: I received my biometrics appointment in the mail today.

My timeline  so far:

Mailed application:04/21

Delivered : 04/24

Email confirmation:04/29

Notices in mail: 05/04

Biometrics letter:05/13 (appointment on the 26th)

Thank God you've finally heard something back from them. I dont think you have anything to worry about just call and see why it was sent to California and not Missouri. 

They may send more than one receipt notice in the mail but the system may have only sent text...im just guessing here....sorry for all the confusion you are having with them...😏

 

i had the same issue too. so they sent me the NOA for AOS and EAD, not for AP. it came in mail like 2 weeks later, after i even had my biometrics. My case status said the letter was returned to them because the post office couldn't deliver it to my address...seriously? so USCIS sent it directly to me. 

Oh wow...that's strange!

Well what actually ended up happening with me is I called then to find out why i didnt receive it with my other NOA's and they said sometimes they come at different times. I ended up getting it the next day....just happy i got it!

Im waiting on my biometrics now...

 

Our timeframe is close I received my NOA's 5/1 still waiting on biometrics 

Cool! Same here...hopefully it comes soon!

I received my noa's in the mail today for i130 & i485. I guess the next step is biometrics...

So far my timeline goes like this

Priority date 04/24

Mailed package: 04/21

Delivered: 04/24

Email confirmation: 04/29

Noa's: 05/4

Biometrics:???
