8 weeks since our scan date Nov 4th...and still no review. Sent for supervisor review on 27 Dec.

Once your case has been received by NVC, you still have to pay the fees and mail in required documents. You also have to complete the IV application online. Once they receive your documents and you fill out that form you will have a scan date. You can expect longer than 6 weeks from your scan date. Expect anywhere from 8-12 weeks after you have a scan date.
