    For me I think it had switched to Non-Immigrant on a Thursday, and then Issued on a Monday. 


    But once it's switched to Non-Immigrant it's pretty much issued, so congrats! =D

    Thank  you Ash , indeed it went to Non Immigrant , in your experience , how long did it take when it changed to Issued ?

    The only time that I saw a case creation date change was right before it went from being marked as an Immigrant Visa to a Non-Immigrant visa! It's possible they're transitioning it over or at least starting too which is a great sign!

    Ankara is a busy embassy and they observe the holidays so they must be especially slow these days.
    The wait is hard but they are at least working on it, and if you provided all the documents they asked for they will issue your visa soon.
