She didn't end up needing one because she was under 18 years old. No time unlawfully present under the age of 18 is counted as well as 6 months after your turn 18. Also since she was in Mexico for 6 years any bar against here would no longer exist. She was approved this week thankfully!

Yes only send the birth certificate! I had to just send my contract between me and my financial sponsor and rapidvisa was saying to resend the whole packet! I just sent my contract and I was approved

From everything I've read this step is the longest step and is almost 2/3 of the whole visa process.. I would be totally excited!
