    Hello Family! First of, Congratz to all who got CC, to those who are still waiting please dont lose hope and keep on praying, same as those having checklist remember miracles do happen. Believe me on that it did happen on my case. Anyways, i just received the CC confirmation email from NVC. Still waiting for the interview schedule. And to those questioning, my case in the email upgraded to iR1 from cr1 since marriage is 2 years last april. But in the ceac it is still CR1 ..

    Yes chamma! Indeed this is a miracle and I am very greatful 😃 they did i called may 24th morning at 7am my case was just pulled for review and evening i called to confirm Cc .. So same date

    Thank you guys! It's just weird.. Anyways, i got to call nvc before they closed and i was able to confirm a case complete without checklist and just waiting for an available interview date said the nice rep. Thank you to this community, my 3rd family..thank you sooo much and good luck to those waiting still. All the negative feelings will be worth it in the end. Just keep praying. I will update my spreadsheet once i get to have a good connection. Poor wifi since yesterday..

    Guys how do we know if we get a checklist? Status changed to at nvc, aos disappeared but i dont have an agent thing showing.. CR1 still .. Cant get hold of nvc now.. Im anxious

    Good Day everyone. Finally my case is being reviewed. Got a chance to talk to a very nice rep saying "...blahblahblah it's a good thing maam coz instead of your case just sitting in the mail room,it is being reviewed and waiting to be finished blahblahblah.." Thank God and everyone here! I'll update the spreadsheet when my internet vonnection is stable already. She did'nt say as to when it started though..

    If you can, try calling tonight at 7 pm your time. That's 7am at the NVC. Press any number to get connected.  I normally press 1 and 1. Get connected with a wait of less than 1 minute.

    Thank you but the apps i tried 1 by 1 it doeant work out in the Philippines .  I usually call them by 7 am est i just try an evening call but it just got wasted .. Il call again later .. Give it last shot if still not under review il just wait until June 1, request for supervisor review and would even try reaching out for our President's help through the US Embassy of our post

    I don't think that's quite correct.  Unless it has changed, 90 days prior to being in the country for 2 years you have to go through another process and they then review your case before they change it to IR1.  That means still keeping evidence of your relationship etc.

    Oops, I think you may have been referring to when you have been married for 2 years during the NVC process.  For that I don't know so just ignore me:)

    we're entering 8th week tonight!

    NVC automatically changes it upon reviewv when they see that your marriage has been 2 years already .. I just really hope so coz 10 weeks but still nothing

    Took me 40 mins on hold and as a rep was able to answer my phone hanged up due to insufficient balance. Loaded up and tried another 10 mins hold, i decided to hang up and waited around 11:45pm to call only to be answered by a machine that they are closed! Damnit! Am i this unlucky? Friday, the last time i called and my case is not even in review. 10 weeks this thursday and still nothing. CR1 but should be changed to IR1 .. So frustrating 😥😥😥😥😥 SD: March 16 .. Priority Date: Sept. 15,2016 .. Is it possible they lost my paperworks?

    Does anyone ever get the thought that it is almost Saturday and Sunday and nothing will happen with NVC for another 2 days until a new week starts on Monday?

    I doubt??? Sd of march 16 but still not being reviewed .. 10 weeks soon and still nothing. Im afraid they would think i havent submitted d DS 260 yet which i did on feb 14 ..

    Now we're just waiting for @maolga @silverado123 @rexsinni2264 @maryam78 @Majid1986 @Pembley @justwaiting17 @Mojk and @Jannette23 to verify if they're in the review department. 

    1st rep said its under review and would take up to 11 weeks and there is nothing more she knows regardingvthe case.. While second rep said its not yet in the review depaetment.. Im just really unlucky in terms of talking to reps .. I guess i just really have to wait until i receive an email from nvc ..

    I feel you. Great for you its under review now, we got same scan date but still nothing.. My son has been wd hubby from his 2nd day of life till his 3rd week, my hubby went bck to US for work and until now he is 16months old, never touched his dad aside from kissing and huggingvthe tablet. Its heart breaking
