Okay so this is not the case we live together. Can we possibly amend that to married filing jointly?

My husband filed his 2018 taxes as head of household so he could get more returns as he has dependents. Is it okay if I file married  filing separately or do we need to do an amendment?

I just realized my ead is expiring in a month. What do I o now and what are the new rules regarding extensions. Help please

I tried opening a joint account with my husband at Wells Fargo and I was told I needed 2 forms of ID and since my visa had expired I can't use it as a second form. Is there and bank that will allow me open a personal account or joint account with just a passport?
