How can they cash the check if everything was not submitted correctly? Can I still receive an RFE even after that?

Hello guys,

The check that I have sent to USCIS with my K-1 package was cashed. Is that a good sign? Does it mean I passed the first filter?

Is earning 22.500$ a year under the poverty guidelines? Will the process require me to have a co-sponsor to meet the guidelines? I already have a son in my charge in the US and I will be expecting two people ( my fiancee and the new born baby) by the time the visa is issued.

I am ready to send my I-129F to USCIS and I have signed all my document in blue ink. will blue ink pose a problem?

Should the I-129F package include the beneficiary's birth certificate? I was thinking only the petitioner's birth certificate or all the pages of the US passport were needed?

Jim thank you for the feedback. I perfectly know that. What I am trying to know is by filing for just my fiancee, what is gonna happen when the baby is born ? will they automatically issue another visa or I will have to apply for again and go thru all this process?

I am asking to know if there is a way to address it ahead of time.

You are of course welcome to include a statement regarding the pregnancy with your application, but be aware that a pending pregnancy isn't a circumstance that will affect the process one way or another.

I know that the pregnancy will not stimulate case in any way. My question is to know if I just have to file for one person; The baby will already be born before the visa is issued. do you see my point now? if I do not address this situation approprietaly right now, what is gonna happen?

I am a US citizen by naturalization and I would like to petition for my fiancee who is currently overseas to join me here with a K-1 visa and my questions are the following: How can I file for K-1 visa since she is pregnant and will be delivering in a few coming months? How can I address it to the USCIS? Is there a special form or I have to include a statement explaining that situation? ( don't wanna wait to file after she delivers because this all process just lasts forever. I think the sooner I start, the better).

Also the form I-129F I see online is saying expires 06/30/2016. Are we still allowed to use it? and the very last question would be about the poverty guideline. Please can anyone help me find that information? who is above poverty guideline according to the USCIS?

Please your advice is needed.
