Hello there,
My wife is planning for filling my I-130 and we were reading all the possible things that can be considered a "red flag". I read somewhere if the women is older than the man it is considered a "red flag". My wife is 3 years older than me, and I was wondering if this is considered a "red flag". Because we would like to address any red flags before it arises.
