Belated Happy Birthday Jim. I have been following this thread for some time, and I appreciate all of the advice and support you provide us. My fiancee lives in Pasacao Camarines Sur, which took a direct hit from the Christmas day typhoon. She is safe, thank God! But the region is devastated. She says they may not have electricity restored for months. As if we didn't already have enough of a call for patience. But we are strong. Hopefully soon I can give her the good news that our NOA2 was approved, although this is going to be a challenge. My thoughts, prayers, and heart are with all the people in the Bicol region.
