My application was received at VSC on the 26th not the 6th.
My officer at my infopass appointment was able to tell me that my case was currently assigned to an officer, but not much more than that. However, he did say that CSC is moving slower because VSC was overwhelmed with applications AND he said that an officer may have boxes upon boxes of cases in his office at any one time. The guy I got my stamp from said he used to work at CSC.
