We haven't filed yet, my fiance and I are gathering what we need and we are going to be consulting with an immigration lawyer soon.

He was on benefits (he has a daughter) and he didn't notify (for 2 weeks--no notification) them when he started working again. 

My fiance went to the embassy today for his interview.  Sadly, they said our is case extremely strong for approval they had to refuse his visa.--he would have to submit the i 160 for a small thing he did over 7 years ago.  He had phoned me the lady who interviewed him --that once it is approved he will get his visa.  Now my question is...what sort of documentation (evidence) would he need to submit so he can get the ball rolling and send it off ASAP.

Did you get the "ready" status first and then fill out the DS-160 or did you fill it out first?  

My NOA2 was approved 4/28 and I called NVC this morning to see if they recieved my case.  They received my stuff yesterday and it should take up to two weeks for processing and receive our case number.

I went to Wales to visit to meet my fiance for the first time.I decided to go to him because I always wanted to travel overseas. I was so happy I did--the journey was amazing and had an equally amazing time with my fiance back in August 2016.  I even went back to spend Christmas and New Years with him too.
