I haven't called USCIS this week but from what I recall when servers went down a few weeks ago, tons of people got their letters in the mail with no updates on the site or email. I'm hoping it's the same happening with us/you. I was shocked to get it in the mail. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you girl!
