If your income isn't enough, can assets/bank savings of 140,000 quality? Will that be enough for the 1-864 Form/affidavit? 

On the G-325A form he wrote down Karachi as is city of birth. On his certificate it says "Naushahro  Feroze" this is district in Pakistan. We didn't complete the DS-260 yet. But I am wondering if we should put "KARACHI" as date of birth place or "Naushahro Feroze" on DS 260 too? What can we do about this?  Please help. thanks

I asked this before but didn't get much response. I know the DS-260 is for the applicant/beneficiary but I just want to make sure : Can the petitioner fill it out and sign/submit it? Will you get in trouble if you do that ? Should I EMAIL NVC and let them know If I can do it? I completed the Ds-261 as the choice of agent/petitioner and paid the fees. I'm asking this because my husband doesn't have quite good internet service in his home country. I called the customer service but they didn't pick up.  I just want to make sure I am doing everything correct. Sorry if this seems anoying.. I will appreciate any answers. Please respond if you can.

I just completed the ds 260. Am I allowed to go on to pay the fees? OR do I have to wait 3 weeks?

Sorry for asking a stupid question but I just want to make sure. Do I the petitioner on  behalf of my spouse fill and sign this out or does my spouse.

My I-130 for spouse was approved today as I've checked online. I will receive my approval in the mail soon. What are the next steps? I will kindly appreciate any replies. Thank you so much.
