Well today is Day 107 since NOA 1.

3 day weekend which means no processing on Mondy

 

Noon here so I ran the USCIS app.

I show only 8 cases left out of over 350

from 10/31 receipt date.

 

 Petition Approved 

 

15 weeks and 2 days for our NOA 2

 

Congrats to all the recent approvals and NVC activity.

 

We already have an appointment for CFO next week which is specific to Philippines.

 

Hang on for others still waiting doubtful you will have to wait 107 days.

We just foud out that we got approved last night via the app tracker

I just tracked the cases on USCIS app. So far, the USCIS already started working on the cases which recieved on Nov 4; 17 cases were approved in one day, yesterday (Jan24).

Long way to go for my case (recieved on Nov15).

Hey guys do you think the way we assemble our files will affect the process? I didnt know that USCIS didnt like binder after we sent our files. And there was a girl who was very lucky she got approved after 3 weeks she sent her case on the first November, this is how she assembled her paperworks. Do you think USCIS will appreciate those cases first because the petioners follow their instruction? Im nervous that our packet will be put at the end of the shelf

Just checked the mailbox today and got NOA1 !!!!

The notice date on the hard copy is 18 Nov

I have one question regarding the check. Are there any requirements for whose account should be used for the payment? Can the check be issued by someone else, not me, my fiance nor our family? Actually we would like to use my friend's account with whome I don't have any legal reletionship with.

My fiancé and I filled out our form in other country and then sent it to my fiancé's mom to attach the check. The check was on her name. It was no problem with our packet, USCIS already recieved it. From my experience, I don't think that it is going to be any problem in your case.

Just got an e mail and text saying my case was received and transferred to california. It is midnight where i am at so i didnt not expect to receive anything this late.

Got the sms and email that time and the case was sent to CA center too

Hope we both get NOA2 so soon.

how long do you need to wait before you get the NOA1? when i called the USPS on friday 18th and asked about the delivery, they said someone already picked up the package from the P.O Box on Thursday 17th.
