  1. He has been a permanent resident for five years and I never had the money to file for his citizenship. He and his 25 year old daughter who I also sponsored are both working and she just bought a new car while a drive a ten year old vehicle.
  2. I need some urgent help. I sponsored my husband on a fiancé petition and later sponsored three of his children to come to the United States from Mexico. After being married I found out what my children were telling me all along is true. I met him in Mexico and I am 22 years older than him. Soon after he arrived my only son died suddenly and during my grieving he tried to groom one of my daughters to have sex with him. He actually admitted to me that was true. I told him to leave and he did for a short while go to live with his brother in another state. He pleaded with me to come back and, unfortunately, I allowed him to. He has never contributed to the household even though he works and all he wants is my money which I have little of. I am now 76 years old and disabled. I finally told him I wanted a divorce but now, I read I will have to support him and his children for another 5 years. Does anyone know how I can get around this by filling a paper that claims states what he has done? I can’t afford an attorney. Thank you, in advance, for any advice you can give to me
  3. Thank you for your answer. What steps should I make to get this corrected?
  4. I am totally shocked about my grandson’s IR 2 case. My grandson is now 2 years old. The father is an American citizen and mother has a green card. The case was received by USCIS on May 15, 2022. Mom was breastfeeding at the time. She was worried about her time out of the United States so an attorney advised her to return to the United States for a few months so not to lose her status. She left the baby with the father in Mexico and came to live with me and her father for 6 months, missing Christmas with her son. She got a job working at a Mexican restaurant while she was here and the father stayed in Mexico with the baby. I thought the average time was 10 5 months for the visa but I was shocked when I saw now is over 41months. I think because it was sent to the Texas processing center. This is absurd since the parents are both legal to live in the United States. I want to file for an expedited visa. I am sure it would be for humanitarian reasons but they are so strict on what they approve or not approve. Can anyone help with the wording Ivan use to get this baby to the United States?
