Naaaa so jealous!!! at the end you guys going to have the interview before!... I'm kidding! I'm happy for you guys, and also to see that this big, fat, mastodon is moving.
Are you perhaps looking for a roommate? I should move out from Miami, because the local office is the problem.
Enhorabuena!

Hello Miami44, and all of you guys, happy new year by the way...
Nope! No signal of being alive from Local USCIS.
Considering that my receipt date for I-485 is January 30, 2017, its status is still PENDING and the note on the status is still "we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. I have already sent an inquiry asking what is going on, and why is taking so long. I have not received even an RFE from them. total silent since the beginning.
Interview? also i think is so ridiculous they still think its a must for everybody. I'm living together with my actual husband since 2008, and we got married in 2015. Our marriage is registered as has value also in EU where we attend a second marriage ceremony because not all relatives, and friends were able to attend the one we had in Miami, considering distance and cost. So if any could come out during the interview and they fund enough reason to denied the adjustment what happen? Has US the faculty power and right to tell or decide with who, how, and if to get married to the citizens? Why all this process of certification verification and control is not realized before de marriage? Let say during within, or before the marriage license exp. Like this provably all this enchilada could make sense, after marriage is done, we become direct relative so should be out of US power saiy even a word.
Anyway, this is the miami office situation, i should at this point get some news soon. Interview appointment, or green card already in mail box like already happen to other folks.

Hello AOS friends,
Anybody from Florida Feb 2017 Fillers, has received any update about the prossiding of their AOS petitions? I just keep seeing people from others states getting Interviewed and some other gettings their green cards directly in their mail boxes,.
My local office processing time still has Dec 2016 for the I 485 petitions!
Its cant be real right? I have also tried to take an infopass appointment online but is totally impossible, the webpage doesn't offer any available date (considering the visibility of only 14 days given)
What to do? ......my Medical exams will expire in a few weeks .
wow what a nice 2018 beginning ....
peace people, take care.

Hi there,
I'm waiting for my interview since June 17, and we are already almost in November.
I'm kinda started being afraid about my Medical Exams, and other documents could be expired at the time the interview will be scheduled.
I sent an inquiry to USCIS at the end of August, and finally I knew that my case was transferred to the Miami Field Office, and they will schedule the interview.
USCIS field office here in Miami, is totally uncontactable, the only way is requesting an appointment through InfoPass, but they are scheduling almos with the same timeline of the AOS process.
So, is the same go through InfoPass or just keep waiting for the interview.
Even the status of my i-485 in the USCIS official website at the dedicated page CASE STATUS ONLINE still shows FINGERPRINTS FEE WAS RECEIVED. (on last January 30, 2017)

What the USCIS homepage says about processing times doesn't mean much. For my field office it also says October 2016, yet, I was unexpectedly scheduled for an interview although I'm a late Feb filer with RFIE response received in April (so technically April filer). Others who filed in December with the same field office are still waiting for an appointment. So don't rely on those processing times, you can get an interview appointment whenever they feel like it.
On a side note: Don't get so caught up on not having your Greencard and make that upset you so much. You can work and you have your parole to leave the country.... be glad that you have those privileges (and got them relatively fast compared to others) and don't let something you can't control anyways upset you like that. I completely understand the people being upset that they have to wait forever for their EAD so they can start living a normal life, the Greencard is nice to have but it doesn't really improve your life here more than the EAD did (unless you want to apply for a government job, then I understand). Take a chill pill!
Hello Californiansunset,
Yes, you're totally right, being upset doesn't let you see over the tip of your nose sometimes! And you re also right when you said I should consider myself lucky, the rough part is already done, and I'm finally happy living together my husband .
I appreciate your comment, I'm Alone for now, no many friends yet, and you have ring a bell i needed to hear, :-) Feel much better now. Wish you a serene evening! :-)

Hi everyone, this neverend blind waiting is literally getting me sick.
I got my EAD card already last may, but since Feb no news about my AOS, only Biometrics and no more communications whatsoever from USCIS.Last Aug 31 i sent a E-request asking from news about my case, and i got an automatic replay giving to me a Referral Number, and telling me that my inquire would be process and an replay will be send to me by Aug 21. Well today is already Aug 22 and the status of the enquire is "currently not assigned for processing"
In the meantime i just keep seeing other people who has filed in April getting approved and receiving their GC.
I'm sorry for sharing my post eclipse mood, but got not anybody else with whom cooling off this anxious.
Peace x all.

Wow... Only today i have gotten a replay to my e-request sent last July 30 about the process timing of my AOS. So here what they said in the email sent to me this morning.
"Recently you contacted USCIS concerning your pending Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Systems show that your application is in the queue pending an interview appointment. You should be receiving this appointment notification from your local Field Office."
Folks, is so evident that PUSH a Button on a simple keyboard is extremely difficult.... so after more than 6 month only now I know my case in the Local Field Office in Miami, when it was transferred only god knows... it. In all of this noticed that online my status have never changed from We received your Case, dated las 01/26/2017.
Now people be ready for this. Miami Field Office is processing October 2016 according to the USCIS's expensive, fanzy, processing time webpage.
Anyway, at least now i know the case is still in process, and now is just about to wait a little more longer.
Peace 2 u all...
