The most important thing is to prove that you've met in person. After that, the evidence is secondary. My fiancé and I exclusively used WhatsApp and skype and that was fine.

Really just put in what you can for the petition.
The petition does not require too much in sense of evidence like that. Just add what you can. We only used 10 screen shots of messages showing a time line with our iMessages; but most was on FaceTime so not very traceable really.
Start being mindful of this going forward though for the interview phase for ongoing proof of relationship.
