So all my stuff is ready for my interview tomorrow but slight worry!

i got my fiancé to sign his updated of letter to intent to marry but it is dated 15March!! Original petition was sent in October.. letters dated September.. is my updated one not recent enough??

Getting stressed now ? Filed October 31st and still no answer, especially as people filing after us are getting their NOA2 now.... sorry to moan!

Hey my date is 10/31 and still awaiting approval! It's feels like everyone with numbers around mine are being processed apart from me! my fiancé has just lost his job ?, so what do I do with my affadivit of support? Do I still have to put him down or do I put JUST his co sponsors?

Hey, not directly visa related but how are you all coping with this long distance? It's killing me.. I was hoping to at least have a provisional move date by mid Feb which now doesn't seem so likely... I won't get to see my fiancé until I move which will be the longest we've gone apart and that's really making feel ill ? Sorry to sound so over dramatic, have just landed back from spending almost a month together and I'm just ready to be there now... what's harder is no body seems to understand how hard this long distance stuff is when I try to speak to them!

I'm in the same boat as you buddy, British citizen who's about to submit an I-129F.

If I was a betting man, I would say that any legislation that is brought in as part of a new immigration reform would only affect future applications, not current ones - but that's just my guess

I'm currently in the k1 process so I am aware that won't be affected, so I won't be looking to do my green card application until after Trump comes in to power

Where do k1's looking to change to a green card stand? I'm a white British citizen (yes sad to think that my skin colour would effect my outcome).. do I need to be worried?

NOA1 dated 4th November!

Slightly worried about the amount of evidence we've submitted after looking on here!

What we've included is

Boarding passes

Photos of us together over a few visits

Dating website terms of service (as I heard that can be a big reason for rfe)

Screenshots of call logs between us over the last few months

Evidence of cards/receipts of cards we have sent each other

Feeling pretty unconfindent now but that's all we could scrape together ?
