For Supporting documenta get i sent for them: my Marriage certificate,my wedding pictures maybe 5 ,my I-94 ,my birthday Translation and the original language too,I send pictures ID ,I sent the invitation card we used and gave to our wedding guests,we sent a copy of my passport and a copy of the fiancée visa.So what else they truly want? 

They say: please submit the appropriate fees and include all required supporting documentation.

Hello.I need your help about my AOS based...

Hello.I need your help about my AOS based fiancée visa.We filled them and sent them with three separate money orders the first time,immigration sent them back because the payment is not correct or provided.We correct the payment with one single check $1225 note it is for I-485 and biometrics andsent it to immigration.They resend the application to us today again they say the payment is not provided or incorrect and they say : please resubmit the application-petition package with the appropriate fees to the address listed on the page.As we know we sent them all required supporting documentation.They never specify what they really want.? I am tired with that AOS application.Please I need your help.What wrong definitely?

Dear all, my wife ,my Mother in law sent my AOS application based on K1 visa since April 29,2017.We received a Form I-797 C, Notice of Action yesterday with the package back .They say the payment amount is incorrect, or has not been provided.Please review the form instructions for the fee information....

When they sent the application, the sent a money order from Western union Kroger.One is : 140$ ,another one is : 85$ and one is 1000$.Totally they sent 1225$.Please let me know the mistake, because we have the receipt.What's wrong? And the USCIS send a green sheet says: Place this letter on the top of my application package. I am waiting your feedback.

Thanks for sharing your comment.Me too,they denied a tourist visa a couple years ago,2013 certainly.Anyway she didn't have intention to stay, she would get back home because she attended a prestigious private university in Haiti, studying Diplomacy and international relationship.As America is closed for young visitors,she will be able to travel to other country with her own expenses.Thank you!

Hi! That really sad to say, they denied her tourist visa, she didn't make it with me.And they didn't even asked the wedding invitation and the letter my Wife wrote and signed for her. Life goes on!

Hi my k1 visa is approved! I would like to ask for information. I plan to go to the United States in February, and the wedding will be celebrated on March 4. The fiancée visa will expire on May 7, however the embassy has Put a note saying I have to travel before April 9th. Will there be a problem if I travel in February?

Hello! When i review my DS-160 form of fiancée visa today,i see there is a mistake about where they say if you had refused visa,i put yes and said : B1/B2 refused visa,but the website system put no.It did that a second time.The first time i corrected it and had a new confirmation number.I write the Embassy about that and send them the Ds-160 form and the page confirmation number.What should i do,please?

I am at the same situation too,i have the old one.But when i wrote the embassy they said: i must have and bring the new archive extract which is currently Traffic and not the former.I did it and paid for it,but i fon't get yet in my bands.And my interview is in a few days.

Yes we spent a lot times together.As you know we are the same religion,we went to preach together,went to meeting,to the beach,restaurent,walking,visiting some place where i was living,studying together,spending time with some friends together,with my dad and my Mother etc..I don't meet yet her family,but i communicate every day 24/24 with her Mother by whatsapp,skype and by international call.I talked over the phone with his uncle.Unfortunately in 2013 i applied for a tourist visa to visit her family,they was refused that.

Sorry,i mean we started dating july-august 2015.We know each other since 2013.And we were engaged April8,2016 this year.
