I tried day before yesterday she said that they have very high call volume and kept me on call back with tier 2.. Where that official is supposed to call me in 3-5 days.. Nothing yet

Call them in the early morning before 10am. They can transfer you to tier 2 and the call back usually about 2 hrs. That's what I've been doing every time I call them.

Do you have any RFEs? That usually slow things down.

    Mine is the same thing...

I just checked and it states that On January 17, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing addres.

I called yesterday and was told that my case was still under review by a tier 1...

Yea, feels like tier 1 can basically see the same information as we do online. So usually I will ask them to transfer me to tier 2 and I'll can get more information from that level.

    Hello Nico

Your pd pls? Do we need to call uscis to have an update? Just as you did. Kindly supply your pd as a guide for we expentance!!

My timeline is in my signature you should be able to see it. My NOA1 date is 10/20/2016.

I don't know to be honest. I called today to check on my expedite request and got the news that EAD has been approved. I asked why it's not on the website. The officer said their website is not really up to date, so it might take a couple of days before it shows up. But he checked their database said it's approved and the card is being made now. I should have it within 2 weeks. Hope this helps.

How do you speak to tier 2 ?

First after you call the number, there will be level 1 agent on the phone, and after I explained the situation and ask for decision on my expedite request, level 1 agent said she didn't see any hing. Then she transferred me to the next level agent. You can also go ahead and ask them to transfer you if they can't do much help.

Usually Tier 2 or level 2 agent has more access of their system and more information. Also, make sure to call early cuz I realized that if I call later in the day around 11am-ish, level 1 said they can't transfer me anymore since there are so many people calling.

You have to log in to your USCIS account and click on a case the it should be on the bottom of the screen. I got those because I raised a service request

Oh. Thank you, i see it now. I raise an expedite request as well for my I-765 and it's the same thing on mine. When I called them today, they said they sent me a letter about this requesting for proof for potential financial loss.

  6. My attorney said she can't do anything before 90 days up. So I just tried to call USCIS, apparently they are so busy that they can't even transfer me to an immigration officer. They can only submit service request at this time. I submitted an expedite request due to severe financial loss for my I-765 hopefully they'll reply me. But it's been so long and it's frustrating knowing the fact that if I don't get the card before 2/9/2017, I'll have to lose my job....
