    Hello everyone

    i am I751 Jan 2017 filer

I always check the threads and never wrote any comment cause whenever I have a question, I find the answers posted in differnt threads

to be honest I am so frustrated cause it has been so long process

my status is Case was transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

my case was transferred to Texas office

    I was CSC filer

    I wish luck to everyone

    i have a question

my husband works overseas and he doesn’t live here cause of his work

can I file for my N400 or we should have been living physically together

the reason I didn’t go with him is because I couldn’t leave my two kids here alone

Am I eligible to file N400 even if my husband and I don’t reside in the same country? I am thinking of making an appointment and go to my local office and ask this question

whenever I call USCIC phone number and ask them , they advise me to visit my local office and they tell me they are not authorized to answer any question that is not in N400 application

Did you get a letter from uscis that your case has been transfered to Texas?

    Hello all,
I've been reading this forum for a while and I wanted to share my experience.
I finally got approved it seems yesterday. I was transferred to the NSC March 14th so there seems to be a quick turn around from there.
I got all updates much quicker using this link https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant the website appears to update at 3am MST.

    My timeline is posted below.

    California Service Center (49 applicants, 2 approved - 2.1%)
No.    VJName        Date of I-751    NOA1 Date    Biometrics    Approved    Notes
        thelonwaitinggame 12/27/2016    1/9/2017    1/31/2017    4/6/2018    Moved to NSC Mar 14th 18, name updated on Apl 5, 2018 and approved on Apl 6-2018
    now onto the N400.

Did you get any mail when your case was transfeted ?

    Congratulation though.

I am a California Service Center filer and I have just been approved. That was a long wait guys.

    11/19/2016 - my NOA

03/12/2018 my case got transferred to a local fascility entered my second application number in the case tracker, because the first one got stuck at "Fees were waived" forever) and that's how I got to know about the transfer

03/22/2018 - case tracker finally showed "Case approved"

No RFE, no additional interviews or biometrics.

My USPS informed delivery showing that I am getting a letter from them today so 03/26/2018 it is.

Did you get any letter that states to where your case had transfeted to before they approved it?

We received a new receipt in the mail (with a new receipt number) stating: "We have received a preliminary review of the application or petition listed above. As part of standard processing, we transferred your case to the USCIS office that has jurisdiction over your case. The office will notify you in writing when they make a decision on your case or if they need addition information" It follows that with an address for the Nebraska Service Center. The case number we used before still gives us the same message of "We waived the fee...blahblahblah" that has been up for over a year. When we use this receipt number we get the message about being moved to a new service center. I see a bunch of us CSC filers are getting this notice as well. Anyone know why they would transfer it? I felt sure we sent in enough evidence...maybe this is the final step before approval?

What new reciept number did you get ?

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On March 14, 2018, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXXXX, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by April 13, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

    Anyone else got this message?

I got the same thing. Is yours as todays date? Also what does the next step say in your case?

Nothing so far, except for the one CSC applicant in our forum, who got their approval last year, Nov I think, they were called in for an interview though.

We should start seeing something for CSC in March 2018.

    regards

    Steve

With the way csc is still going, i dont think we would hear something by march.

I cant believe they still working on august, while verment is working on february .

But lets keep our hopes up, maybe they will speed up somehow soon.

They sent over some cases from VSC to CSC... it may be slow now.. but who knows... maybe in January it will be much faster.... I’m thinking March 2018 would be the earliest... they probably don’t want all the people to go get the stamp... so they will try to process them before the deadline. Let’s see what the update says after August 20th, hopefully it says October !!!

Do you mean from CSC to VSC

Its already behind in CSC, why they would send more application from VSC to CSC.
