Hello everyone!
 
I'm planning on bringing my family to live in the USA and I'm exploring options and alternatives.
 
I was wondering if having them file for asylum would affect any other immigration process I have in the works, family based petitions would work fine for my mom, however my underage brother (age 12) would have to be left behind while she gets her green card.
 
Currently my wife is a temporary resident (move to USA through K1 Visa) and I'm not sure if doing this would affect her status in the future.
 

Hello! First time writing on the forum but been following this thread (kind of obsessively lol) for a while, it's great to see how supportive everyone is around here.
Today we got the RFE, has anyone else on the recieved this and what type of extra evidence does USCIS ask for?
 
I was sure my package was more than complete, had tons of evidence (me and my fiance have been together since highschool and lived in the same country throughout the entire relationship until I moved back to the US last year) I would really appreciate some insight from the senior member of the thread 😃.
