    Hello... During medical Exam for Green Card, they ask the medical history and vaccination records. If I don't have any right now, from where I can get?? I am from India and Mumbai Consulate handling my spouse visa case. Do you have any idea about getting medical history in India??

      Yes! I went to one of the listed hospital and got all my vaccinations again. Then you have to go collect the package/results from them which you’re not suppose to open till you get in the country/US.

      Hi there,

      So I myself didn’t had any medical history or vaccination record. In that case you have to visit one of the three/four hospitals that are specifically for immigration purpose and keep in mind that those are the only hospitals that are accepted. I would suggest to get your shots taken again unless you can retrieve your medical history from the place you had them.
