This occurred in Switzerland. My fiance went for her medical exam 2/6/17 and requested a copy from the doctor to use for the i-485 change of status after we are married. The doctor didn't know anything about making a copy and said they could not make a copy. We will be apply for change of status and want to reuse the medical exam. Is the exam on file with the some entity of the US government so it can be reused? Should we go back to the doctor and provide further instructions? Just don't want to pay 2x for the medical exam. Thank you for any help.

So I called in and spoke with a rep last Tuesday Nov 15, about the 90 day mark, he said "processing" no problem just luck of the draw. On Nov 17th I got a letter RFE I-797E, requesting a statement from my Fiance (the beneficiary) stating she plans to marry me within 90 days of enter the United States. Apparently we missed the fact that the petitioner (me US citizen) and the beneficiary both need a letter. Even after going over the paperwork 3x we still missed that point...

Hi All, Just shy of 90 days, see below.
Submitted 8/19/16
NOA1 (notice of receipt): 8/23/16
No other communication from USCIS in any form. Checks website status and automated phone, nothing. Is this normal?
Almost all others listed on visajourney with similar NOA1 date at California Service Center (CSC) already have NOA2. My lady is a Swiss born citizen with no complicated past,
never married before and no previous visa issues with the US. Any help welcome.
