Don't panic! nobody gets EAD without biometrics, they won't never do that if they don't know who you are.

if you already have your Notice of action, you have the case numbers. go to mycase online and check what it's the status of your process. if you see that they already sent you bio appointment, call them and let them know that you didn't get it. and this is your attorney's job by the way!

my I-130 was filed in 2014, was approved and my priority date is already current.

i know if the application is not approved i will be out of status, but i have also read that it changes automatically once the aos is submitted. how do you know that? if you are an attorney thank you but i don't believe you! ?

How did you enter to the US? if you didn't come legally, you can't apply for AOS but if you last time was legal, you're good! ?
