So are they really processing applications from july? If they are i hope our applications dont get stuck in a pile of paperwork for that long ?

I just called they said california service center is processing cases from july that its abiut a 4 month wait ?

How accurate are the processing times on this site?

November 19th got my noa1 , hopefully by the beginning of february we all get approved 

I just got a notification that someone that applied in december 13th just got approved ? makes me want to call them and ask whats going on 

Im going to visit him next week so it should take my mind off checking i would be happy if it gets approved in february even or early march later than that work wont let me take much time off and i dont want him to go through the interview and flying here on his own.

Im getting so worried i wish i sent in my application a few weeks earlier now the process is more than twice as long i hope we dont have to wait until past march for our noa2?

By unapproved do you guys mean denied cases? Or just not approved yet?

I had the same issue with the passport photos. My fiancé scanned them to me and on the target website you can create the 2x2 photo and pick it up. Mine took only an hour. And its a glossy finish too.

Just got an e mail and text saying my case was received and transferred to california. It is midnight where i am at so i didnt not expect to receive anything this late.

Just checked my bank account, the check for 340$ is cashed it doesn't say the date however sinceI think the chase app takes a bit to update it. I am a little worried since I have not received a notice or anything. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I submitted mine on the 15th still no text or nothing and made a mistake of putting the notification form at the end of my application ? hoping its not lost or something because when i sent my n600 packet about two weeks ago i got a text 3 days later.

My fiance scanned and emailed me his passport photos and everything else since it has been three weeks and i havent recievef anything he send by mail. I cant seem to find a place that can print a passport style photo. Fed ex cant do it on glossy paper . Does anyone have recommendations of what they did .

Did he just take a picture of them and send them to you ? What about the letter of intent how did you guys recieve those?

My fiancé mailed me his g325a form, intent to marry, and passport photos almost two weeks ago from Ukraine. Does anyone know how long it might take until i receive these documents? He didn't get any tracking number because he sent it out from the village..

I helped my fiancé fill out the G325 A form and write a letter of intent he signed both and sent them with 2 passport style photos almost 2 weeks ago. We are worried that it might be long wait he is going to call the postal center in the city to find out more information on the average wait until I receive the documents. However since we don't want to wait too long does anyone know how long it takes for documents to get mailed from Ukraine to the US? or is he able to email me his passport photos and I get them printed at a Fedex?

So I have my green card that has expired in 2012 , should I still put my A number that is on there?

Oh wow thats awesome and exciting im just waiting to get the passport photos, g325a form and letter of intent from mine. He mailed it tuesday so hopefully it wont take too long . Did you include your fiances middle name on his I 129f form? My fiance's passport doesnt have his middle name so i am not sure if i should put it in the documents.

I am making another trip to visit my fiancé in January I am planning to submit my application within the next few weeks, should i include my flight confirmation for January?
