You can call and have ask to speak with a tier 2 officer they can place the inquiry.  I called a few days ago and wad told that inquiries sometime delay your case a notch.  The agent that I spoke with was able to tell me that someone touched my case and to call or check back within a few days.  My PD 8/15

My husband live in Barbados for 10 yes but move back home to Guyana 3 yrs ago. Do he still have to obtain a police clearance from Barbados as well?

When you enter the # did you put the 1st three letters as well because I was having that problem until I entered those letters.

Congrats..I just called uscis spoke with tier 2 officer and was told is going to take 9months to 1year. I'm not sure anymore with these folks. My case is with Nebraska Noa1 recieved 8/13

I filled my I130 on August 5th. We received the NOA1 one week later. My last name was misspelled, so we had to request a correction. Our petition was sent to Potomac and on September 26th we received NOA2.

I've noticed that a few people have received Noa2 that file in August does anyone know if it wad from Nebraska
