Well as far as I can tell (maybe i'm mistaken) the estimated processing dates for the I-129F at the Vermont Center have gone backwards from 03/April/2003 to 23/Feb/2006. This is weird!

How bad is this...? We haven't even started the K-1 process and just being apart from my fiancee has me forgetting to put jel in my hair and/or wear a belt. This has happened several times and sometimes even in combonation.
On the bright side, since I'm always looking forward to talking to my honey rather than the weekend my work weeks seem to go by faster.
Hi, my dad lives down there in Palm harbor, Country Side :-) Nice place.

We got our IMBRA RFE on the 5th of July and even got touched on the 9th which is a Sunday oddly enough!
-
Well I suppose we are lucky then how ours is moving along.
We go the IMBRA RFE last Saturday in the post, we sent in the I-129F
end of June. Wish you all here as good as luck as we seem to be having!

So if you stay and get married, he won't get kicked out? Is that what you're trying o say? I thought even if you had a K3 application in progress you still had to wait for a visa before entering with your spouse, or am I mistaken. How does this work?

Where I live (foreign fiance) the local council have changed the name of my street since our I-129F appliction.
Being as the address is on the form, how should i go about filling out future forms, will they make me reapply?
The street name change is well know by the post offcie and letters wrongly addressed will get here without a hitch.
Any ideas anyone?
Personally, I wouldn't sweat it. They don't index things by address....just provide current information on future forms (you can add an extra sheet of paper explaining the street name change if you feel so inclined).
Yeah! Thanks for that, a supplement sheet does sound in order.

So i was wondering, whilst printing off forms in A4, does the USCIS require 8 1/2 by 11 inch?
Was just looking around and found this: http://www.formsassistant.com/i134.shtml

Should always send paper work registered post or certified, then you can check online when and if they get the evelope.
I really expect yours arrived though safe and sound, processing is a slow business as we all know. Keep your chin up!

I just use Apple's iChat/AV and AIM (my fiance in the US/mum in England) via the web, unlike Skype its crystal clear with no echo, need no headphones and its free and i can see them to.

Yeah touched on the 6th August as well. Sending back the RFE today.

Hi everyone! My fiance is from England, and we were recently approved, so we're trying to get everything figured out for the next steps. Am I allowed in the interview with him, or do I have to wait outside of the interview? Please let me know how it works!
I read somewhere on the US Embassy's website in Vienna that the interview must take place alone, no fiance allowed in. Doesn't stop the fiance though from going with you to and waiting in a coffee shop or something. Not sure if the security would let the finace in without an invitation.
There again maybe policy differs from embassy to embassy.

good luck to u both have all your ducks lined up in a row and be prepared
I guess I dont get the history with Daisy. However I am interested in her quetion aobut age difference. I am 45 and my fiancee is 21. Could any one tell me if this could present any kind of problem?
Thanks!!!!!!
Well i hope its not gonna be an issue, love comes in many shapes and sizes.
I myself am 41 and my fiance 22! we don't care it just feels right. If the US government
makes an ordeal of it I would be very surprised, but there again it does seem to
make me a little nervous.

You will need the NOA2 at the consulate interview.
Thanks, really good tip. I'll start making a comprehensive list, just to be on the safe side.
I suppose the NOA1 won't hurt either!
-
Thanks you seem to have answered quite a few things which are going through my head right now. Have just contacted the Emabssy in Vienna asking for the information which you mentioned. Cheers.
-
Brilliant, well done and good luck with the rest of your jouney.

My fiance is coming back to Salzburg/Austria to finish her studies begining of Sept.
Can anybody tell us what happens (US Mail wise) after receieving the NOA2?
What I mean is, if we managed to get the NOA2 before she comes to Austria for 3 months will she be expecting any over notifications or forms to fill in etc.(Post which may have to be fowarded)?

We received our first RFE e-mail today as well, at least its here now as my fiance flies back to me in Salzburg begining of Sept. (stays till Dec.) and that would complicate things some what.
