    Hello,

     

    when did you know when it was time for you to send the passports back to the embassy for the visa issuance? I had the medical the day before the interview so they had to return our passports back till they get the medial results. I have emailed the embassy to inquire if I should be getting a letter for passport submission but it's taking them awhile to respond and calling them was no help either. I saw that our case was updated due to the medical and they received it so I just sent our passports back last week. Now I'm not sure if I was supposed to wait for some sort of notification first. What did you do with your case?

      Thanks for the info. The dates are changing but it says IMMIGRANT VISA on our case, is that a bad thing?

      No, it is not a bad thing, that is normal until the visa is issued then changes to NIV!
