Thanx all.The problem is that my petitioner has stayed more than allowed out of USA. Wanna know whether this may result in rejection.This is why i am asking the question.No intention to lie.I will tell the truth if i am asked about this issue.Wanna know whether they know that my petitioner has been out for that much and does it matter to them.

We are in the same boat Bebalula.As far as i have studied about,They seem to know.But it depends on CO.I know someone who has not been questioned about the issue and after AP,was issued the visa.

They know everything about you and your petitioner... and when you go to the interview they will ask you where your petitioner is now, to see if you tell them the truth or not....

Do you interpret this from their questions or whatever else?

No lie has been told.Just wanna know whether they know about the PCB records simply.The research is made i know,but not that thorough that the word RESEARCH implies.do you have any experience about this JFH?

I dont think they know the records,but they will ask about this issue.

well I think she needs to be in US at the time of interview no matter what... but ask a lawyer.... when is your interview? and where?

my case was F2B but my mom upgraded it to F1 after Citizenship. I had my interview in Abu dhabi and the results was AP... you know 99% of Iranian will face the AP.

sorry for belated reply.I am f2b too.PD june 2010,Ankara.I know of some ppl who did not face AP.It all depends on the case papers n situation.What were the question at interview?did they ask for the domicile?how long had your petitioner lived continiously in th USA at the time of interview?

Is a usa drivers license and a billing statement for a car loan enough for proof of usa domicile?

It works but not enough.any residential document if u hire or own a house or apartment,insurance ,account balance ,credit card and statements and etc empowers the domicile

U only need to meet the requirements of obtaining green card like biometric,payment,and getting SSN..and then u even dont need to wait for the green card.u can leave us and it will be posted to the assigned address.if u wanna leave us for more than 6 months up to 24 month,u can apply for travel document which can be received by any assigned addressee.

I don't know about Permission's documents... but yes she should be in USA and proved that she lives there (work. paying taxes ....). the first thing that asked at interview (they asked me too) is where is your mother? (your petitioner) ...

I know sata about this.What u said is the domicile issue.but what i spicificly mean is that when someone is issued a permission to stay outta US by official authorities , does is still needs the physical presence in US?its an issue beyound the domicile.What was your case and how did it go?

I need your help, experience, advices regarding my case -

I am a 30 year old Indian woman who is in relationship with an American man, who is 53 years old.

He is a pilot and worked in India for many years. We met in March 2013 in Delhi, in a mall. We liked each other and got along very easilly. We met each other pretty much everyday. His contract then expired and in May 2015 he went on to working in Burma so we can still stay close by and visit each other, whenever possible. (He lives in Burma now).

He is going to visit me in few days. We love each other and want to get married. He is going to US in March to visit his parents and want to file Fiancé visa for me.

(I am all single. He was married once but got divorced around 10 years back. Nonce of us has any kids).

Now my questions are :

(1) Will our age gap be an issue during the Interview ? (Man is older by 23 years)

(2) Will the Interviewer care if my parents approve this relation or not ? Does it affect my chances of getting visa?

(Because my parents dont approve this relation because of the difference between culture, religion and age between us).

I will be very thankful and grateful to your replies.

I know many cases like you,with the age gap like you.As you say,you got plenity of time together and i think you have no problem.You dont need to your parents approval at all.But you will face many questions regarding your relation and about how much you know each other.Go on and dont worry.

I promptely sent my documents as they requested for it last year.You mean this may result in sooner Interview?I think it depends on visa bulletin and i hafta waits to get current first that optimisticly will happen within 3 to 4 months.am i right?
