Hi All, I’m filling in my I-751 and this form is a nightmare..I checked the instructions on the USCIS site and they don’t match the form.
So, here’s where I’m at...and I need some verification from someone who ha done this already before I lose my mind, ha ha
I am the permanent resident and my husband is the us citizen.
Part 1 is my information
Part 2 is more about me
Part 3 is me again
Part 4 is about by US husband??
Part 5 I don’t have any, so I’m leaving this blank
Part 6 I am also leaving blank
Part 7 I ticked 1a and filled in my contact info, printed my name. On the other page, I signed and dated
Part 8 is my US citizen husband, ticked, inputted his info and on the other page, he signed
Part 9 I left blank
Part 10 I left blank
Part 11 I added previous address info and the page number references
Any help would be hugely appreciated!!!!!!
Thank you so much
Lisa xx

Help, my 2 year green card expires 11/1/19. Did I miss the deadline to remove conditions? I'm now in a state of panic...
I came on a K1 and married Oct 2016, please can you help point me in the right direction with regard to removal of conditions and green card renewal
Thank you!!

Yes, it's complete. But should I send the original copy or a photocopy of the document they gave me?
I'm unsure as I've read that you need the original for the interview.
Thanks

Hi There,
I'm about to submit my adjustment of status with my DS-3025. Should I send the documents I recieved from the Knightsbridge doctors, or should I send a copy of the documents they gave me?
I wasn't sure which was required
Thank you
Lisa :-)

Ok, this may help people trying to find their I-94 on the website and who can't locate them.
In my case there was a mistake on my form so I couldn't pull it up. I believe all I-94's are now electronic but you can request a copy at the POE (so I'm led to believe). Anyway, I called the wonderful officers up at my local customs centre and they worked with me to fix the error and I now have my I-94.
So, if you have this issue, give them a call and they will help to rectify it.

Hi,
I entered the US on 20th October, we are now married and when I tried to locate my electronic I-94, it only shows my last visit in July and not my most recent on 20th Oct.
I arrived through the Dublin port of entry, does anyone know if there is a delay in the system or if I can contact someone so that I can complete my adjustment to status?
Thank you
A very stressed Lisa

DS160 done, readiness submitted and interview scheduled.
It's weird, my original interview date was still there? I rescheduled it just to be sure.
Thank you so much for your help!!

Thank you, so just to clarify - I can submit my notification of readiness when the system still says "in transit" and when I've booked my medical...but before I have my medical results.
This process has turned me into a control freak!! Ha ha
-
You know, I've looked at various instructions and steps I should follow. I really appreciate the reassurance - so I can submit notification of readiness whenever and regardless of the status....perfect!!
Phiew!! This stops me stressing about everything....I've been pretty calm the whole process, but this part has got me in real state!!
Thank you

Hi Everyone,
I've been using this forum as an amazing source of information since I submited my documents in May (especially Igors list which is amazing!) but I now find myself lost and need some advice.
So I was accepted at the USCIS and my case passed to the NVC. I called them after a few weeks and they gave me a case number, invoice number etc. and told me my package had been sent to the US Embassy in London on 23rd August and that I should complete my DS-160.
Here's where I've come unstuck and need help...so the CEAC website (in the immigrant dropdown) shows "In Transit".
I followed the instructions and completed my DS-160, I've had all my jabs and have my police certificate/photos etc....so....my dilemma is, when do I submit my notification of readiness?
I mistakenly booked an interview (and cancelled it) and the embassy said that was fine and not to worry. They told me to wait for the email and that would have the interview date and instructions to follow...
So...I'm waiting, but whilst waiting I did my DS-160 and arranged my medical - but when do I submit my notification of readiness? Should I wait until the CEAC says "ready" or does it only say "ready" once you've done your medical and submitted notification of readiness??
Please help :-)
