We still have not received our AOS 2nd Green Card but we are going ahead and applying for citizenship. What are you all using for additional evidence? Other than tax documents, insurance, bank statements, and mortgage statement.

I am in the exact situation you are in. filed in Sept 2019, biometrics Jan 2020, Transferred to Missouri. I can't even find processing times for the Missouri Service center

how did you find information to "run a few numbers." My wife also has her case at the YSC center

My wife and I are planning to travel back to brazil to visit her family. Her green card has her married name but her Brazilian passport has her single name.... Is this a problem and what should we do?

When I call I hit 1*346 and then ask to be transfered to a tier 2 immigration officer. Then they usually set up a call back.

We finally got my husband's EAD card on Friday.  It arrived 59 days after getting the approval notice. 137 days from filing date.  It took multiple phone calls which resulted in being told to wait, a service request, and finally an expedite on the service request.  There was no explanation as to why it took so long to arrive.  

I ask them to change the expiration date since it was over 2 months late and they didn't 😡

I called today and they told me to call back in 30 days (remember that we were approved for ead on April 22 and still haven't received it!) I was furious so I call again to speak to someone else. They said they could see the card has not been made yet so they would send a request to change the expiration date and find out why it hasn't been sent yet. Translation we are still waiting. I've lost all patience. If anyone has advice or helpful words it's appreciated.

Awful.  One time they called me back when my husband wasn't with me either.  The rep suggested I connect a three way call with my husband and walked me through how to do it.  Maybe that would be an option next time if she is not with you again.  

 

 

We have done that before actually lol. My wife was in class and couldn't speak at the time but thanks for the tip. Any help and advice is appreciated. This processis so stressful

Our card was approved on April 15th and still no cards. I feel your pain 😡😭

My wife got an approval letter for her EAD and travel permit on April 15th. The letter said we will receive the actual card at a later date. It's June 12th and we still don't have the card. Our case status online still just says case received. Called them today and they said I'll get a call back in "240 minutes" 😡 Anyone got any advice or going through a similar situation?

This is my exact situation. 

I got my EAD approval letter about 2 weeks ago but still have not received it. My online case status still says "case received on Feb. 8th." My case has been active for 95 days. I submitted a service request on Friday. Hoping for something soon. Anyone else have a similar situation?

I kept checking the tracker app millions in a day!!! Lmao no I joke probably too much then. Heheh. Just a few minutes ago it updated to new card is being produced! 🎉🎉🎉
