Hi all, just wondering how many passport style photos I need for my AoS package? Instructions say 2 but I'm filing for AP and an EAD at the same time and the instructions for each of those also say I need to include 2 photos. So do I need 6 in total or can I just submit 2 with the whole bundle?

Also I have a couple of spare photos left over from my visa interview, do you think I can get away with using those even though they're more than 30 days old? These things are expensive!

Hi all, I'm in the US on a K-1 visa, filing for AoS and my wife is filling out the I-864 affidavit of support. She started her job 3 months ago and currently earns $45,000 per year but her income for 2013-2015 was very low, just $5,000 per year. Will this mean I am denied permanent residence status or is only her current income taken into consideration? Our household size is 2.

Hi all. I applied for AoS from K1 about 3 months ago and my wife filled out the affidavit of support. She has now just lost her job, is this going to create a problem with my application?

Hi all, when I travel to the US on my K-1 will I need to have a return flight booked? I'm sure I remember reading a few months ago that because it is a 90 day nonimmigrant visa an onward flight is required for admission. This seems quite counterintuitive though. Thanks!

Hi all, I am currently undergoing the K-1 visa process. I'm a UK citizen and as I lived in Australia for 2 years I have requested and received a certificate from the Australian Federal Police.

The address I asked them to send the certificate to is not my current residential address and not an address I have supplied to USCIS or the US embassy in London. Unfortunately they have printed this address on my certificate. Is this going to result in my visa not being granted when I have my interview?
