What to send to your fiance once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2):
okay ty
1.A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one). Your fiance should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well).2.Send copies of the documentary proof that you submitted with the I-129F for your fiance to have on hand for their interview at the embassy. Your fiance should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well).3.Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F).4. I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is signed, with all required supporting evidence. Begin collecting the required information ahead of time, as it can often take several weeks to collect it all. 5. You will need several items (for the above form). Gather duplicate evidence of income and resources as appropriate:
(A) Statement from an officer of the bank/financial institution with your deposits, identifying the following: 1. date account opened; 2. total amount deposited for the past year; 3. present balance
(B) Statement(s) from your employer on business stationary showing: 1. Date and nature of employment; 2. salary paid; 3. whether position is temporary or permanent (also include copies of your last two pay stubs and your previous W-2 for the associated employer if available)
(C) If Self Employed: 1. Copy of last income tax return filed (or IRS transcripts); or 2. report of commercial rating concern
(D) List containing serial numbers and denominations of bonds and name of record owner(s).
Begin collecting these ASAP after your NOA2 arrives. See this FAQ for more tips and useful information on the Affidavit of Support Form.6.A copy of the NOA2 that you received in the mail. (backup information; the embassy will have copies of this as well)7.Proof of your ongoing relationship. This needs to be taken to the interview! Include photos, travel documents, emails, online chat logs (pick several over the prior few months), etc.. from between the time you filed and present (NOA1 until date-now).
Examples: Copies of land line and cell phone bills, appropriate emails and letters you have sent including the stamps on envelopes (to document the date they were sent), and other written documentary proof. Provide a reasonable amount; two to four of each type. Pick a range of dates up to and including the present. You can also include a copy of engagement ring receipt (this is something that is a big optional - do not worry if you do not have a ring yet!)^^ I have completed and/or sent all of this except for 4&5
Let me be clear, my taxes / income is not so much an issue - I am just wondering who I send my taxes too?
- if the usa government approves the petition, then who needs to look at the taxes?
- I will send I-134 Affidavit of Support form - but who do I send it to? and why.
-
but why doesn't the NOA2 mention any of this?
-
you say I need to send her 2 things:
1.) Send to her? -> An update letter of my intent to marry, dated within 30 days of the interview. (and she fills one out too I assume?)
2.) Send to her? -> A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support. (This will require an IRS tax transcript, a letter from your employer, a copy of bank statements/assets [if using], and pay stubs)
-
Hold on let me reread the NOA2
-
I have received the second Notice of Action (NOA) acknowledging our K-1 petition has been approved.
2 Questions.
1.) I thought that NOA2 would involve a second step -> Example = Taxes and proof of income.
But, apparently, all is good and the paperwork on my end (until her interview or until she comes here to USofA) is complete? I don't know, but I feel like I am missing something. (I am probably overthinking it ...Either way, your feedback would be greatly appreciated.)
2.) on the K1 Flow page http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow they say in Step 4:
* Start gathering documents needed by beneficiary (Fiance(e)) - See K-1 Guide.
* Beneficiary can research and prepare forms required by embassy.
What are you talking about exactly ^^ ? -> what documents do I need to send / what documents can I help my fiance prepare. (I think I already know the answers, but I just want to ask you, to double check
All my concerns are primarily about me missing an important step. It's just me, so I would appreciate your feedback for reassurance.
- NOA2 HAS been approved - What Do I do now?
I am under the impression that all is good on my end and now she (my fiance) must wait (1-2 weeks?) until she receives letter of direction <- is this correct? (and will she receive a letter or an email?)
- I have sent a exact duplicate copy of my entire K1 package to her. 57 pages.
- My fiance is from Moldova
- She is very nervous about the interview, even though I KNOW this won't be problem. (I don't 'know' but I read a lot about this and all the women that have an interview at the American embassy in Chisinau seem to have good experience. am I wrong?)
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and reply
- greatly appreciated.
To Recap:
// NOA2 has been approved.
// I am under the impression that all is good on my end (despite not sending in my taxes over the last 3 years)
// She will receive a letter or an email in 1-2 weeks with directions / next steps.
// She will do medical exam and interview.
^ this will all take 1-2 months
^^^^ Is true? or am I wrong?
thanks again

My fiance's birth certificate (and her parents bc's) says like this: CITY, VILLAGE, COUNTRY
I attached 3 images of three different versions of the G325a document that i made, that will show you clearly what i am trying to ask.
should i write city (+village) and country (like it says on their birth certificates)?
... or should i just write city and country as is

But about her signature? Can this be done online too? (I am trying to avoid traditional mail and want to do it all via Internet communication)
Do I need her birth certificate?
-
I downloaded my viber chat.
its over 9,000 pages
can i just select 1 chat per week or per month?
or should i include every day?
how detailed do i need to be?

This is regarding the initial packet i must send in (i-129f form +any other forms i must send in for her with mine)...
what documents must my fiancé fill out and send to me?
i know she has to fill out the G-325A.
--- but can i fill it out for her? then email to her to sign, then she emails it back to me?
i know i must send a passport style photo of her
--- she can simply email me this right?
i know she must send me her letter of intent to marry
--- which she can email me, right?
am i missing anything besides these 3 things?
does she need to mail me her original birth certificate? (i feel like i read this before, but it is not on the i-129f example cover letter)
1.) basically what documents must she fill out and sign. and what additional documents would i need from her (example: birth certificate)
2.) and can it be all done online? or must she snail mail it to me?
*what do i need from her and what is the most efficient way of getting it done
seriously, thanks again!.. in advanced
p.s. does she have to fill out the entire i-129f form herself or just me? because it seems redundant..

My fiance has to fill out the g-325a form too, correct?
My question (on behalf of my fiance) is this... in the "applicant's employment last five years" section:
what if she has not worked a "legal" job in the past 5 years? should i just put "None" or should I but jobs like "babysitting" down (even though she never reported these types of jobs to the government)
When she says the word "legal" she means that she has been doing all her work (nails, hair, babysitting, working for her brother as secretary to his construction business) all under the table.
P.S. could she ask the Moldovan government for tax return records or credit scores? like we can here in the USA?
thanks in advance for your help here

I am curenty living at my parents house. Is it better to have my own address before I fill out form I-29F?
I want to save money before we get married. But I also don't want them to think that in not able to take care of myself.
I will be buying a house in November but I want to get this form completed asap.
Thanks in advanced. I just discovered this site and it's amazing. Will spend more time going through the forms after work. But I just had to register because this question has been on my mind all day.
Is there anyway to contact the US Embassy in Chisinau?

Is there anyway to contact the US Embassy in Chisinau?
I was hoping my fiance would have her Visa/Passport by now, because I bought a plane ticket for tomorrow but they still have not given it to her.
She passed her interview Last Wednesday (9 days ago)
In less than 24 hours she needs to be at the airport.
