My stepdaughter who is 5 years old is in Colombia with her father, her K-2 visa expires in August and my wife's AOS, AP and EAD was just received this week and most likely will be approved in September.

The child's father would not let her daughter leave Colombia unless is the mother who picks her up making things worst for all of us.

• Can the K-2 Visa be extended.
• Can my wife travel to Colombia before AP arrives.
• Please advise since this is a desperate situation

I'm preparing my Fiance's 134 Form and in the instructions reads:

If you are sponsoring more than one foreign national, you must submit a separate Form I-134 for each foreign national.

But, I have read in this site that for K2 I don't need to file a separate form, that the one where the K1 is I just add the names of the k2 who are minors (11 years old and 4 years old).

Please advise.

Congratulations on your NOA 2. I got my NOA 2 on Jan.19th, I called NVC today and still have not receive it.

I received the RFE notice: Proof of divorce of first marriage out of 2 marriages; Describe in more details how we met and if the website is a marriage broker; and more legite proof of meeting in person such as copy of passport stamps.

Wasn't the pictures I sent enough proof?

I just checked my status online and it changed to RFE...At least they touched it.

I just hope it's not a complicated RFE.

I's been a very anguish waiting time.

Why the previous filers from October, September, August...their I-129 were approved in less than 40 days and ours are still pending approval. It's been 51 days and counting...

Let me hop on this thread, my Fiance's I129 was received October 31st and NOA 1 was received November 4 via text.

I hope it's approved before December 31st so I can count 6 weeks before she comes to Miami from Colombia.

On the form 129F, question 14A and 14E ask about former wife's Alien number and date of filing. I do not have that information. ( I petitioned my ex wife on 2006, and divorced this year)

• Can I leave it blank?
• If I can't leave it blank, where can I get that information from?

I would like to petition my fiancé on a K-1 Visa. My question is:

• Is the marriage certificate required to send with the 129-F Form from my previous marriage? or the divorce certificate is enough?
