    Guys! Who else is the same with me - not hearing anything after getting EAD Combo?

    My priority date is August 19th, and it has been 4 months+ since my application. Even though I am in San Francisco, I still thought it would be earlier than this...... Am I going to have to wait til 6 months and send a Service Request...... :crying: Finger crossed some updates come soon...

    First of all congratulations to all of you who got approvals!

    Second of all, do you think I should make a service request for my AOS, as status did not change since August 10?

    Last and only status so far is: Fingerprint fee was received.

    3 months and 12 days since they received my application.

    Mine has not changed since 12th of August.. still on fingerprint fees received. We should be getting an update soon.

    Checked my mail today and found a letter from USCIS. I finally got my green card! :goofy: We had no interview, so the whole process took us 104 days in total.Just wanna say thanks to everyone in this forum. You've all been so helpful and supportive and I hope you get yours soon as well! Good luck to everyone! (L)

    Did your 485 status changed at all? I mean since "Fingerprint fees received"?

    I had the weirdest day. At around 2pm today, USCIS texted an update on my AOS. My Case Status indicated "New Card Being Produced" and again at around 9pm, I received another update. My Case Status is now reflecting "Case Was Approved". This is so weird because I never received a single update since biometrics. I didn't get a letter about interview exemption as well. Is this a glitch? Has this happened to anyone? Is My Case Status 100% reliable?

    Is your 485 schedule or ready to be scheduled for an interview yet? Ours has been stuck in "fingerprint fees received" since 12th of August.

    In a similar situation. EAD approved on the 7th and since then, card is stuck in the production stage, as per the online and phone statuses.

    Last it said it was at national benefits center /MSC

    My field office is New York (Brooklyn)

    What does your timeline look like ??

    Submitted our applications 08/01, delivered 08/04, Biometrics done 09/01, EAD approved 10/07. 485 still says fingerprint fees received.. and NBC is handling our case as well.

    my wife i864 for the petitioner household size is 5

    my joint sponsor household size is 4

    5 PLUS 4 EQUAL 9 THE TOTAL HOUSEHOLD SIZE

    AND FROM THE CHART FOR THE HOUSEHOLD SIZE I NEED A JOINT SPONSOR WHO MAKE AT LEAST 56320 DOLLARS ANNUAL INCOME ?\

    As far as I know, you don't add household size of sponsor and joint sponsor. If your wife doesn't satisfy the household income requirements, that's when you use a joint sponsor. Your joint sponsor is not sponsoring your wife. So all you need to do is add yourself (and your dependents if you have any) to your joint sponsor household size and check the income requirement for that. If you don't have dependents, from my calculations, your joint sponsor household size becomes 5.
