THANKS FOR THE UPDATE.
-
pls. update us.
received biometrics appointment today.
biometrics appointment scheduled on 11/30/09 at 2pm. CSC.
good luck to all of us.
-
looking at this timeline, seems that VSC is more faster now than CSC. From NOAI to biometrics.
VSC applicants have their biometrics appointment received earlier than CSC applicants.
good luck to all of us.
-
you can only check your status online as soon as you receive your biometric appointment letter.
that is where will your other case number be.
i got this info on our NOA 1. its written there when we can check our status online.
i guess we will have a different case number on our NOA 1 and on our biometric letter.
good luck to all of us.
-

-
just an update guys.
they cashed my check today.
CSC I-751 received october 27,2009.
God bless.
-
you will be just fine as long as you file/sent your i-751 before your gc expires.
i suggest gather all necessary requirements needed asap.
don't worry you still have time.
good luck and if you need help we are all here for you.
god bless.
-
you should be fine. as long as you signed the i-751 not after october 31, it should be ok then.
sometimes it will take sometime for uscis to update their expired forms, only cause us delay.
our I-751 was dated october 26, 2009 and we sent it on october 26, 2009.
good luck and god bless.
-
my wife's gc will expire 1/23/10.
we sent our I-751 10/26/09. i counted the days, that is a total of 90 days from 10/26/09 to 1/23/10.
send yours around dec 27 or at least within 90 days from your gc expiration date.
good luck to all of us.
god bless us all.
-
hi guys. i finally sent my wife's I-751.
date sent october 26, 2009 via express mail CA service center.
my wife's green card will expire january 23, 2010 so it will be exactly 90 days from this day.
packet was 4 lbs and will arrive at USCIS tomorrow noon.
good luck to allof us.
god bless us all.
-
did anybody use highlighter to highlight important details in your I-751 packet?
thanks
-
what did you write in the " C/O in care of" portion of your I-751?
did you guys left it blank?
thanks
good luck to all of us.
-
did you guys punch two holes on the I-751 application form and fasten them together with your packet of evidence or did you separate them?
thanks guys.
-
did you guys put your alien (or the person who will remove condition) number on each page of your packet like in your affidavit from friends, reference letter from bank etc etc.....
i was thinking, like in the affidavit from friends, it is a letter signed by a different person. Then writing something on somebody else's letter, wouldn't that look like strange?
thanks guys.
good luck to all of us.
god bless.
-
guys, i appreciate your quick reply.
the best!
i will follow your format.
i will NOT have it notarized though since it is not a must to have it notarized and as others did not have it notarized.
god bless.
-
are affidavits from friends needs to be notarized?
can anybody share me a sample of an affidavit.
im having a hard time with this.
thanks
god bless us all and good luck.
-
