    Middle of July? Damnnn. According to this site we should be getting our noa2 at the end of may which makes it about a 4 month wait. We got our Noa1 ecopy on 01/20/17 but we've been sent to Potomac so it must be processing a fair bit quicker than Nebraska..  I feel for ya :mellow:

    We got Potomac too, and an end may/early June NOA2 estimate on this site. It seems they were generally processing august cases in November, so I was relieved, but then I looked again and it seems for spouses of USC, they were only processing June cases in November! :(

    Hello all!

    We submitted our I-130 12/27/16

    We got out NOA1 via text 1/11/17 with a priority date of 1/3/17

    Our application got sent of to the Nebraska Service Center, which annoys me because it appears as they are one of the slower ones lol.

    We don't expect to get our NOA2 till about the middle of July.

    Hoping it gets approved sooner! Does anyone else have quicker processing times by estimation?

    Oh so the NOA1 text/email date is not necessarily the priority date? I had assumed so because the email didn't state any priority date. We have not received a text so far.

  3. Hi all,

    We've just submitted our i-130, and I have started the process of having my national ID and passport updated with my married name.

    Here in Singapore, the maiden name is not replaced, but rather the married name is inserted. So my name will appear as:

    <maiden name>

    Mrs <married name>

    I was looking at the DS-260 form and it says in the Personal Information section that all data has to match my passport exactly.

    There is a blank for all surnames listed, another blank for all given names, and then a separate space for other names used.

    My question is - in my case, since both names are listed on my passport, would I have to list both sets of surnames in the first blank, or could I get away with only listing my married surname there, and then having my maiden name in the designated "other names used" box? This question is really trivial, I know, but I would hate to trip up on a technicality like this!

    Any insight would be appreciated, thank you!
