    Hello everyone just a random que !! Am expecting my pd to be current by march17 and mother who is petition is planning to visit me in same time !! So is there anything in rule book like petition has to stay in usa during interview of beneficiary ??? Am confused i contacted one lawyer and he said my mother has to stay in usa until i get my visa !! While lawyer from india said everything is fine even she visits me during my interview period !! Kindly help and pass on your suggestions what to do :) thanks

    I am also thinking to do optout after this vb gets published !! Kadhija this might be due to new updations of nvc forms and fees on 23rd dec 2016 !! Call them and ask them about further procedure !! I read today on their website that they have returned the forms of everyone who has sent it with old format and old fees !! Clear everything properly and it might work out ! All d best :) stop worrying

    Its really a difficult question .

    We need to check other forums for other categories (also keep in mind there were lot of vacation in US for December ,Thank giving, Christmas, New year) 

    But seeing previous months we can predict ~ 4 weeks.

    Lets hope for the best. 

    Right now I am more worried about my EAD rather than IL :)

    Call them razas you might get the date !! You are potential candidate for IL For now !! Give a call !! Kumar's case is different abit i guess
