Yes i read on consulate's website that upto what time you can travel to usa after you get your visa issued !! It was written either visa or medical report whateva expires first before that you have to travel !! As we take medical app before visa app and medical reports are valid for 6 months!!  Its clear that we have to count days from the day of medical app !!! So even consulate count the same calculation and they issue visa upto the expiry of the medical reports !! So this is the reason about the variable period of visa duration of everyone !! Hope i made it clear about it ?

Count exactly 6 months from the date of your medical appointment !! That will be your visa expiry date !! They'll write the same date

You are right !! 5 months because !! They count 6 months from the date of your medical appointment so they issue visa according !!

Police records means PCC !! And i took print outs from email of il

Hello guys 

 I will try to make it simple.

At first Indian guy at one window asked me for some documents like

-Birth certificate

-Passport

-Medical exam

-Police records 

-2015 tax papers

along with it i attached my optout copy myself

They didn´t asked for the affidavit of support.

After that I had to wait for around 15minutes and then they called me again for interview and Interviewer was a lady . She was friendly she asked me some questions according to below sequence:

- are you a dentist?

-then she displayed me my optout notice paper which i gave them and she said 'is this your optout notice' ? I said yes

-she said my sister and brother in law's name and asked who are they? ( she asked as they were additional sponsors for my petition)

-then she said my father's name and asked is he your father?

- she asked my father's occupation?

-are you married anytime before?

-have you travelled to any other country?

- does your mom dad live with your sister?

-with whom you stay over here in india?

-where do you work?

Then she started typing things on her computer for next 2-3 minutes and she approved my visa .

I got it approved within an hour i entered embassy !! Its already issued in less than 3 hours mumbai consulate is so fast !! Interview lady was too friendly !! I will post further details soon
