Hello Everyone,

I haven’t been active on here for a while but wanted to update you guys. We finally received the interview letter for Feb 5 please keep us in your prayers. They have not updated this on the app or website, we just got a letter in the mail after months of waiting. 

Please let me know of dos and donts of interviee and any advice on how to be prepared as I am getting nervous since it’s happening soon. I would really appreciate it.

My husband got his EAD within the 90 days which was great and a relief but the green card interview is taking forever. How  would I know which location in California our office is ? 

Hello Everyone! I haven't been active on the thread but I have been following. I am in the same boat as some of you where i have been waiting 81 days since my status changed to case ready to be scheduled. I need some reassuring words I didn't think it would take this long for an interview to be scheduled. Any one have updates. My case is in California but not sure which location? Anything would help!

Did this happen to you as well? The interviewer person said it can take from 2-4 weeks but I'm not sure. Any feedback will help.

So my fiancé had his interview on Jan 8 but now is in AP processing, hoping to get it soon they said it can take 2-4 weeks.  Please keep us in your prayers??

My fiance had his medical exam, thank goodness! Our interview date is Jan 8. Please keep us in your prayers. Anyone here had the interview and know what kind of questions to ask? We are really nervous!! We want it to go well and dont know what to expect really. We have all the documents and everything. Any feedback would be appreciated

So I am still waiting for an interview date Do you guys know how long that takes? I submitted by DS-160 form 2 nights ago and on the ceac website it says READY, the date was updated 11/30/16. Is it likely I will get a interview date for this month or maybe january ?

For the affidavit of support form : what should be included for pesonal property section? Everything you own like a car ? And the amounts? And for the deposits in savings account, what if I don't have a savings account?

2) NVC sent out my documents to consulate today on 11/28/16

I havent received any letter yet from NVC not sure when that will come in?

Questions I have:

I need guidance on the next steps. I have my employment letter ready. How many pay stubs do I need? How many bank statements do I need for how many months? How many years of tax documents do I need? I also have a small business, would I include bank statements for that as well?
When do I start filling out the DS form and do I need to send an original affidavit of support form to my fiance or can I scan and email it? When does my fiance set up the medical exam and interview?

I need a lot of guidance!! Thank You!

In the meaning time while I am waiting I'm seeing in other discussions that documents have to be sent to my fiancé? I wanted to get clarifications if these forms get sent to the NVC and then they sent the packet ? How does it work? I'm a bit confused with the next steps. I have my tax forms and bank statements but I am not sure if it's too early to request a letter for my employer ? Any advice will help as I don't want to waste time while I am waiting.

Where can I check what documents I need and what the consulate office needs? I want to be prepared and have documents ready to send. Would I be sending the documents to the NVC center ?

Hello Everyone! Our case was approved on October 24!! So it took 24 days from NoA 1 date. When should I start calling the NVC? What is the wait look like and what should I be getting ready for the time being?

Hello Everyone! my application was received on Septeber 30, 2016. I received my hard copy of NoA in the mail! How long do you all think the noA 2 will take? I hope I dont get any RFE! Wishing the best for everyone in this group!
