You cannot practice in California or any other State with a Chilian license. there is a chance you may have to go back to school and then take an exam to get a license to be able to work as a pharmacist.

Yep! I should take the FPGEE -> 1500 practice hours -> Naplex -> California's test -> Pharm License.
Here we have 6 years of pharmacy school so more time is not needed to study! =)
