So you can update your list, I had my interview last tuesday 28th and was approved! Was only in the embassy 1/2 hour and was done. My case was a little different to others as I already lived in the usa for 9 years with my husband, that's why my interview didn't take long, but anyway been busy packing and organizing to leave on the 26th of this month. It's funny at this point we were preparing for April so March would seem very sudden. We are going away again in early March so hopefully scheduling a medical exam won't take too long (Really don't want to cancel our trip, we are going to the Amazon for a week).
My interview date is March 28th and I scheduled my medical 1 week before 20th, so if she gets end of march she can make her appointment for the week before.
Has to be at least 5 days before interview is what the receptionist at Knightsbridge medical told me. You shouldn't have to cancel your trip if it's march ending.....
I checked ceac website to see if our file had been received by the embassy yet as for the last week or maybe more it has said in Transit. Now today it says Ready, meaning they received file and all is set for interview day. I am so excited, not nervous yet!!

The lady said they are still doing March interviews. Have other people heard that? She said she assigned 8 yesterday. Couldn't speak specifically regarding embassies.

They also want a lymph node that he had biopsied several years ago rechecked to make sure it's not tb - hello, I'm pretty sure that would have been in the pathogen report.
I thought they just cared about communicable disease. What do either of these things have to do with him moving to America?

Ours changed as well and back to 2 N/A's, was happy to see that! lol hated those 2 N/A's for so long now i like them! Good luck to your husband with his medical! Not long now till interview

It is IR1 visa, i will get my greencard shortly after arriving in the usa. Not sure if being married so long had anything to do with uscis approval so fast, i have seen other people married much less time getting approval just as fast if not quicker than us, i think it is just texas service centre being so quick. We certainly didn't get CC from nvc fast, we were in the nvc traffic jam for almost 11 weeks!

In my case all they have to look at is a single page, since the rest of my stuff was already completed and deemed "sufficient" back in November so in terms of "some cases are more complicated", it would be impossible in my case.
The lady just sort of stumbled and when she couldn't say anything she went back to the old "Well I can't talk about other cases with you", to which I responded "I'm not asking about specific cases, I'm asking generally" and again they go back to "We can only discuss your case".
I'm heading to visit my wife now for a week so when I get back I'll be 2 days away from 12 weeks. Not able to call between now and then (out of the country), so we'll see what happens.
You can still call using Hangouts calling, it is actually free! Download the app on your cell phone. That is the only way i was able to call from the UK

Most of them are free on the NHS, but you'll need the time to see your GP. If you're not worried about the cost though, a week is fine. My medical was 10 days before my interview and I just had enough time to get my vaccinations at my surgery.
I don't know as they didn't offer me any other day and I didn't realize at that point it takes so long to reach the embassy. I have had all the free vaccinations that the NHS will provide, had them done in November.... So any that are left is what I will have to pay for, and my local super drug wanted the same price there about so figured I would pay the London medical on the day so that's not a problem. So long as it reaches the embassy on time I will leave the appointment. Guess the doctors office knew this as I gave them my interview date.

The doctor sends them by courier to the embassy. They won't let you pick them up even if you ask in London. It's recommended you leave a gap of at least 5 working days between medical and interview dates to allow them enough time to get the results to the embassy.
The doctors office scheduled my medical for the 20th march and my interview is 28th march, she said it has to be done 5 days before the interview... what if it doesn't arrive at the embassy in time for my interview? Should i have made the appointment for 2 weeks before instead of 1 week? Am a bit worried now.

To all those worried about upcoming interviews, there's nothing to worry about. It's very casual, very easy, and they're really friendly. I will post a full review on my timeline at some point tomorrow. Good luck everyone!

Got my date march 28th @10.30am. Decided to stay in a hotel night before as I live in the west midlands and don't want to travel rush hour commute!

onek -- I 'sent' two passport sized photos with mine... even thought I was an electronic processor, I just scanned two passport photos of my husband and sent that file too. I didn't want to take any chances.
They also ask for more passport photos for the medical and for the interview.... it varies by country how many you need. In my case, Germany needs 4 for the medical and 2 for the interview. I think I've read on here that Brazil wants like 12?! Or some crazy number of passport photos for those steps.

(Scan date 11/28 here, so I'm hoping soon...it's been in the "review department" for awhile now for whatever that is worth on a 1 page document)

Interview was very easy, don't be worried, although that's easier said than done! I took so much evidence, photos, bank statements, things that my son had done at school... They didn't ask to see anything, just got asked a couple of questions regarding my previous green card abandonment. We have been married for 12 years this Sept so I guess that's all the evidence needed, I don't know..... But I would still take all that you have got cause it's sods law they will ask for things if you don't take them with you!
