I gave interview on 02August2018 got 221g embassy ask me for more documents Tax Transcripts and I864A i submitted to embassy on 06August2018 today on 08August2018 my case status changed Administrative Process to Ready and after Some time it again changed to Administrative Process
IS it good sign or not.....
How i will know embassy accepted my documents

Yes my mom and all members live on same address but onr thing more my sis and her husband has joint account so she wrote joint income on I864A and my sis and her husband fil tax jointly so that's why she wrote joint income...is it ok???

I had my interview on 02August2018
My Mom is my petitioner and she doesn't work
My father works but his income is low so my sis and brother in law has joint account my sis filled I864 and my brother in law filed i864a. But at the time of interview Visa Office told me your sis also must fill I864A because your mom and sis lives in same address ۔۔But some one told me technically it's not possible...
One thing more visa officer also seen my brother in law I864A and Father I864A but He also told me to submit I864A for my sister..My sis filled I864A but wrote joint income of her and her husband...
Any suggestion please ???

CSPA only freezes when PD got Current and age under 21..otherwise category changes from F2a to F2b....I turned 21 in feb2018 after that nvc told me your case is requiring review for eligibility of CSPA and it will run when PD will become current on 1may2018 my pd got current at that time my CSPA age was 20years10months so nvc approved my CSPA and completed my case now my Interview is on 26july 😊 i hope In Shaa Allah i wiol get visa😊

How to change interview date want early date my interview in on 26 july my lawyer told me Embassy will calculate your agr at the time of interview even my CSPA is already approved my PD current on 01MAY2018...if embassy calculate my age at the day of interview then i will be age out but if they calculate according to 01May2018 then I will be ok now i am confused ....

September 2017, F4 was retrogressed, thus, at the beginning of that month, the Consular officer called some people to notify them that their interview was cancelled and they should wait until next month. They were shocked because they got the interview letter in August 2017.
As long as you got the Interview letter and the visa bulletin for July 2018 is not retrogressed, you should not worry.
Visa Bulletin already published Move two weeks for f2a and my Priority date current in 01may2018

I called to nvc and got Interview date on call for 26july but again i called they told me it's system generating date its not confirmed yet

When did you ask them to review CSPA? I saw your case completed on March 12 in your timeline. You should not ask them to review your case after completed, because they will put your case on hold for another 8-11 weeks of reviewing. Moreover, CSPA is decided by Officer consular on the interview date, not NVC.
What you can do now is calling them to check the progress, if your case is reviewed by May 20th, you can get your interview letter for July 2018 at the end of this month.
My Sis case completed not mine My case just marked for cspa review before two days because visa available just We also approached congressman for speed up process

My PD 04may2016 which is currentbut my case is under CSPA review since 11 weeks only 60 days are left for my CSPA age after 60 days I will turn 21 and CSPA will not apply to me.. ..i sent expedite request to NVC but denied.....what can I do for speed up my process because my PD is current......

I had my interview on Dec 5. I passed the test but the Immigration Officer told me she didn't review my file before the interview so she will review the file at the end of the day and will update my status she even showed me my file she said it's simple and I don't see anything wrong but I have to review and sign. However, I am still waiting for status to be update. I don't know how much time this will take more. it's so frustrating. my interview was in Fairfax office.
