Hi Folks.

I have applied for I-130 0n May 16th and for K-3 on June 1st. I have sent back the IMBRA RFE as most of you on July 3rd.

Now I plan to move from one apartment to another in the same city( Buffalo)

What can be the ramifications of the change of address on my both I-130 and K-3. CAN THIS DELAY the already delayed process even more.??? BTW I still can retain the same apartment if any one of you knows that the change of address at this stage will delay the process.

Your opion is EXTREMLY appreciated.

I applied on May 16th for i-130 and the chances of it getting approved is after Oct 2006.

Can anybody help me understand how to find out if i was touched or not.?

I have my portfolio account with USCIS which has two cases I-130 and I-129. I have my "email on" which means that i should be getting emails from USCIS but I have never got any email and i check my account 10-15 times a day on average. It says that RFE was sent which i have received and send back as most of you on July 3rd. But how can i see that my case was touched or not. Each time i see this word...it simply drives me crazy .

Please help me understand

IS THIS TRUE THAT THE 1-800- NUMBER OF THE USCIS CUSTOMER SERVICE LOACED IN iNDIA ?

I agree. I have heard that the 1-800 number of INS is located in New Dehli, India

JERSY GIRL. Both your and my cases time line is exactly the same EXCEPT that i dont know what "Touched" means ? I never got any email from USCIS but other than that our time line are the same. Can any body help me understand how can i figure out whether i was touched or not?

Hi fellow visa applicants.

I cant register on USCIS website as each time i try it says that my email is already in use. It means that i had registered myself when i had applied for US citizenship. But now now i have applied for I-130 AND I129 F and obviously wanna register again to monitor the progress but I cant.

The problem is that I dont remember the user name and password. No nothing?

how can i register? has this happened to anyone else and any suggestion from u guys will be appreciated.

I have applied for K-3 visa and each time i try to register online with USCIS it says my email is already in the system. I dont know when i registered and if i did then i have completely forgotton the user ID and the password. What should i do?
