My lawyer said It typically takes 45 days before we get notice and that's if everything is running smoothly with USCIS.
Execuse me what your lawyer is saying to wait 45 days to get your first notice is definitly wrong most of petitoners 99.5% get their NOA1 within 1 week to 10 days most.
I think you should request the shipping tracking number and you can track if shippment has been sent or not, and could i know why u used a lawyer to apply for you however it's so easy to make it yourself ?

Please God help me to get my petition process complete quickly.

That's exactly right.
Its extremely difficult to get a tourist visa approved once the US government knows you have an intention of immigrating. (i.e. your I-130 application)
If you already have a tourist visa, go ahead and visit.
If you need to apply for one then it would be very hard to get one as you already demonstrated immigrant intent.
It is not a right, but a privledge to visit. You will have to obtain a visitor's visa. Otherwise, you will have to wait until your I-130 is adjudicated.
Good Luck!
Chances for a visitor visa are slim to none, don't waste your time
I already applied to a visit visa to US before i got married and it's Rejected, does this rejection makes things more hard to re-apply for a new visit visa to visit my wife in US ???!!

Dear VJ members,
I just want to know if i have the right to visit my wife in US while we are processing our I-130 CR1 Visa ?
I am Egyptian and live in Egypt and my wife is a US born citizen we are living together now in Egypt but i am wondering if i can leave with her to US to stay some time or have a visit from time to time.
How to answer interview question about marriage?

I suggest she should be honest and say what happened because it is not their problem if u make a ceremony or want to make it simple. Just be straight forward and everything will be fine
